200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
For the Drink (yields 850ml, enough for 10)

Whole cranberries, as a garnish

Directions
Making the Cordial: Place all the items inside a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, agitating so the sugar melts. Next, remove from the heat and leave to cool down fully. Pour to a clean bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the fridge, it can be stored for around a month.
To make Batch Mix: Pour all the liquid ingredients into one big jug, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then pass it through , ideally through a fine cloth, making it completely strained.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of the batch mix to a mixing glass packed with ice, gently stirring gently for about 60 seconds until cold. Strain to a cold coupe glass or similar, top with a few cranberries adding the final touch with a brief mist of the essential oil over the drink.
